Terms of Service

The agreement for using GW Cadet.

Effective date: October 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and WolfLoop Technology ("WolfLoop", "we", "us") for your use of GW Cadet, a Google Sheets add-on for Google Workspace administrators (the "Add-on"). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organization.

1. Who may use the Add-on

The Add-on is for administrators of a Google Workspace organization. You may use it only on organizations you are authorized to administer, and only in line with your organization's policies and the law. Google's Admin SDK enforces your administrator permissions independently: the Add-on can only do what your Google account is already allowed to do.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on to administer your organization. We keep all rights in the Add-on that these Terms do not expressly grant you.

3. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • use the Add-on to break any law or violate anyone's rights, including their privacy;
  • try to access accounts or data you are not authorized to manage;
  • copy, modify, resell or redistribute the Add-on, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
  • try to get around the free-trial limit or any license check; or
  • use the Add-on in a way that harms Google's services or deliberately exceeds Google's usage limits.

4. You are responsible for the changes you make

The Add-on makes administrative changes, including ones that cannot be undone (for example, deleting users, groups or schema fields, deprovisioning devices or removing licenses). It makes them only when you tell it to, and shows a confirmation first. You are responsible for checking each change before you confirm it and for keeping any backups your organization needs. Passwords and other results the Add-on writes into your spreadsheet are visible to anyone who can open that spreadsheet, so control its sharing.

5. Free trial and paid plans

  • Free trial. We may offer a free trial limited to a number of successful changes (for example, 50). Listing and viewing data does not count toward it, and neither do changes that fail. When the trial is used up, further changes require a paid plan.
  • Paid plans. The price, billing period, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms of a paid plan are shown when you buy it, and they form part of these Terms. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Payment. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Changes in price. We will notify you before a price change applies to your next renewal.

6. Your data

How the Add-on handles data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.gwcadet.com/privacy. In short, the Add-on works only between Google's APIs and your own spreadsheet, and does not send your Google Workspace data to us. You keep all rights to your data.

7. Google

GW Cadet is made by WolfLoop Technology and is not made, endorsed or supported by Google. Google, Google Workspace and Google Sheets are trademarks of Google LLC. Your use of Google's services remains subject to your agreements with Google. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of Google's services, including any that affect how the Add-on works.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Add-on or any feature. If we discontinue a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date before they take effect, and continuing to use the Add-on afterwards means you accept them.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in these Terms, the Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Add-on will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • WolfLoop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, accounts, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Add-on; and
  • WolfLoop's total liability for all claims relating to the Add-on is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $100.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify WolfLoop against third-party claims arising from the changes you make with the Add-on, or from your breach of these Terms or of the law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Add-on at any time, and remove its access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, or where required by law. Sections 4, 6, 9–11 and 14 continue to apply after termination.

13. Your local rights

The Add-on is available worldwide. Some countries give consumers or organizations rights that a contract cannot take away. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights where they apply to you.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The courts of Nova Scotia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless section 13 gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

15. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the terms shown at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Add-on.
  • Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a right, we haven't waived it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a successor of our business.
